I hope that works. If not, I'll just copy the link from the page instead.
EDIT: It didn't work. I had to copy the link.
Anyway, after having looked at that video for three minutes, I have come to the conclusion that I really, REALLY want this game. However, allow me to give my word and critique on it (watch the video first!):
Gameplay and Plot: Overall, looks pretty good. You have an HP and RP bar so you can keep track of how much energy and stamina you have. Your items are also scrollable, making it easier than the usual "pause, pick item, okay it, pause again".
Sound and Music: I. Love. The music. Just had to get that out. It's peaceful and cute, and I like the idea of there being new music in different homes and different places. I like most of the sound effects too, like how the characters actually talk instead of just saying "Eh?" or "Haaii!". (For example, when the main character was petting the cow, then said, "There, there", or when he talked to other characters and they said, "Good morning".) However, I think the battle and fighting sounds are a little cheesy, if not, GBA-sounding. I just don't think it fits.
People: I don't care how many games they make... I'm always going to like the cast of 64/BTN/FoMT the best.
Monsters: Okay, so this is a new thing, which is unique for the usually non-violent Harvest Moon, and I like that. However... BEFRIENDING the monsters? And having them help you on the farm? ...What the heck? I'm sorry, but whoever thought of that must have been on crack at the time it was thought of.
Graphics: Good for the most part, except for some small things, like in the battle scenes, when the main character is attacking and all that dirt comes up. It looks like it's from an SNES game! Plus, the fire effects... I don't like that. Instead of putting the same fire graphic in different places, at least make it look realistic by surrounding the whole thing with one big heap of fire, you know?
I'm done. What do you guys think?
