alright I've been reading about the guys and stuff on Harvert Moon Otaku.
But it's not helpful on this question. How do you use the basket? I saved before I bought it and It did nothing. So, now that its summer in my game and I'm as busy as a Cat on a Tin roof, growing, and mining,gathering.
I really really need the help it is suppoed to offer in large qunaties.

Holding something that you can sell in your hands, walk up to the basket and press the A button. The item will be put in the basket. Pick up the basket using A, and walk to the shipping bin. Facing the shipping bin, press A again, and the basket will be emptied into it.

That's right, and if they didn't change the amount from BTN, it's supposed to be able to hold up to 30 items at a time ^^ This can be any sellable item, like Faronon Star Wolf said.

i think it is. it really helps me when i'm harvesting all my crops. i grow a lot.... like 12 groups of 8. of course i get help from the little harvest sprites.  |

The basket is worth the money and is probably one of the fastest ways to make money. Horse races + five hundred forty medals + filling the basket with thirty broaches = 60,000 G.
