I thought it sounded like a cross between Kratos and Emperor Peony, but apparently he's being voiced by Terrence Stone. However, Wikipedia is often wrong, so I wouldn't be surprised if the voice actor was someone no one has ever heard of. Ever. As for the other voices, both Raine and Lloyd have different voice actors. The ones who have the best chance of coming back are Shiloh Strong, Heather Hogan, and Cam Clarke (Zelos, Colette, and Kratos). Heather Hogan did voice work for a recent Namco Bandai game and the other two did voices in Tales of Legendia. No idea about the others. I will laugh if Heather Hogan is the only old voice actor to be in the game 'cause everyone on GameFAQs hates Colette. Edit: A video showing Raine's voice. Wikipedia says she's voiced by Tara Platt. Edit 2: If anyone is wondering how much of the music is remixed, here's the DotNW soundtrack listing. The songs from the Tales of Symphonia soundtrack are in brackets. This is just what's on the soundtrack, so there's a chance that some other songs might be in the game and not on the soundtrack. However, most of the old songs not on the soundtrack probably won't be in the game as they're battle or character-specific. Also, there might be spoilers for the places visited in the new game as well as a spoiler or two for the old game, though there aren't actually any game spoilers. One has been edited out just to make sure. Once I get time I'll double-check to make sure the songs listed at the bottom aren't on the soundtrack.

Just got it. A few first impressions:
-The anime intro is very nice. The music is different than the Japanese version, but it's great.
-CAM CLARKE IS BACK AS KRATOS! Or if it's not him it's someone who sounds identical.
-The animation is smooth. The graphics aren't perfect, but I'm liking them better than the original ones so far.
-The intro is pretty good. SYLVARANTI.
-I am going to be killed for this, but I like Lloyd's new voice better. The other voices are pretty good even if they sound pretty close to a couple characters from Tales of the Abyss. For a moment I thought Guy was speaking.
-I'm supposed to load saved data from Tales of Symphonia for extra stuff. I need to find my memory card...
-It appears to go by chapters.
-The controls seem seem simple enough. Move with the nunchuk and use "A" to go through doors. No battle controls yet so far.
-You start off in Luin.
-Lawl, they practically worship Lloyd the Great.
-IT'S DIST THE ROSE. I MEAN RICHTER. Their outfits are so similar.
-I'm ten minutes in and already Emil is really, really angsty. And there was already a flashback.
-"That's the statue of Lady Sheena, a friend of Lloyd the Great's." "Thats a pretty big statue." "Big in all sorts of ways."
I apologize for everything bad I've said about this game.
-Skits are triggered with the C button.
-I just realized that you can use the D-Pad to move and hold B to run.
-You can also hold B and point to where you want to go.
-So far Emil has more personality than a lot of the other Tales of Symphonia characters even if he is a condensed ball of angst.
-No more world map! You get to point and click on the location you want. The music is epic.
-THREE FREAKIN' FLASHBACKS SO FAR.
-Why is the Derris-Kharlan music playing in a field?
-Awww. Poor Emil. His uncle abuses him. T_T
-Just met another old character (not one of the nine party members). His voice was changed, too, and is a bit deeper, but it still suits him.
-♥Wonder Chef♥
-There be romance in this game. Lots of it.
-Tenebrae is the best character ever.
-The new voices are pretty good so far.
That's all for now.
Voice Summary:
Kratos: Same Lloyd: Changed Colette: Same Genis: Changed Raine: Changed, but it's close to the original. Sheena: Changed Zelos: Changed, but it's actually pretty good. The clip of his voice in the Game Trailers review is NOT how it always sounds. Presea: ? Regal: Changed ****: Changed ****: Changed
