I think they are all annoying, although hurricanes and snowstorms aren't since all you have to do is reset the game and recheck the weather to get rid of them!

Just save the game before you to sleep. Then the next morning if it has a hurricane warning, or blizzard warning shut the game off and then go to sleep again until it says it will be sunny.
