Actually, I found a website with the ROM on it today, but I'm not gonna play it. I don't speak Japanese, so I just got confused. Besides, I don't like doing illegal things... so I deleted it.

The game is not out in English, so there is no English ROM, and since it's coming out in English there will be no patch to translate it into English. In other words, you'll have to wait for the game to come out if you want an English ROM. I don't think anyone's going to take the effort to make a patch when it's coming out this year.
