Wow, I didnt know you could give it away. Most likely that's because he can take it, and it's so cheap. Just for reference:
+ Dog Ball 100g
+ Stone 50k (which you add to make the truth stone, I believe)
+ Frisbee (Get to play the summer mini game)
+ Seeds, assorted
