Okay. Here's what they are and some examples.
Spam- a post that has nothing to do with the topic, a one word post, etc. Example- Someone saying ''I got a new job!'' in an indroduction topic.
Flameing- Rude comments to other people. Example- Calling someone bad names for asking a question
Off-Topic- Not talking about what a topic is supposed to be about Example- having a topic about Harvest Moon, and then someone starts talking about Final Fantasy.
Sorry that my examples aren't very good^^;;

Spamming can be considered a lot of different things. One word post, or post with just smileys is often considered spam. Spam can be extreme off topicness. Say there's a thread on 'love advice'. People are having a nice conversation and somebody else just pops in and says 'I bought shoes'. Spam is also when one person continously post when no one replies. In essence, you're talking to yourself.
Basically it's just various ways to get your post count up.
Flaming is being 'rude' but often times goes a lot farther. It's basically insulting someone.
Off topic is self explanatory.
Other things you might want to think about is trolling. Trolling is when someone comes into a topic and purposely post things that would cause an arguement. Ex. Someone makes a 'pokemon' or 'harry potter' thread, and another member posts something like 'this topic sucks' or 'pokemon/harry potter is stupid'.
you'll probably also want to say something about pr0n, and censoring.

I don't know either.aren't the rules displayed before you join? Alot of fourms make their own rules topic. There was none here, so I was wondering about it all. Angels pretty much explained it all well.

[glow=white,2,300]Hmm... well, I would think that those would be the only rules... unless there was something I didn't know about. Well, I dunno; I'm just being my dorky self right now.[/glow]

OK Spamming is like when say someone comes up and says: 'You know I don't like the Harvest Goddess Avator 'cause her necks off from her head' In a post called: 'I was wondering...' and they are asking about rules! Like I sort just did ^^
